PartsLink is intended to help mobile repair shops, travelers, and shop owners coordinate part requests, market trips, communication, and delivery arrangements. Users must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful purposes.
3. User responsibilities
Users are responsible for their account activity, the accuracy of their requests and route details, and evaluating any arrangement they make with another participant. Users must not misuse the service, impersonate others, submit fraudulent requests, interfere with the platform, or use it to harm another person.
4. User arrangements
Part selection, pricing, pickup, delivery, and any delivery fee are arrangements between participating users unless expressly stated otherwise. Users should confirm part compatibility, condition, price, timing, and delivery details before proceeding.
5. Communications
Future chat and voice features are intended for coordination related to PartsLink activity. Users must communicate respectfully and must not send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unsolicited content.
6. Wallet and payments
Wallet, recharge, and payment-related features are under development. Additional terms may apply before any such feature becomes available.
7. Service availability
PartsLink may modify, suspend, or discontinue development-stage features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every repair, route, transaction, or delivery.
